About EilanHomes
One person, plain answers, and a steady hand when something in your home stops doing its job.
My story
Why I Started Helping With Home Warranties
I kept hearing the same thing from neighbors and friends. They had a home warranty, something broke, and they had no idea what the plan actually promised. The fine print felt like a maze, and the stress of a dead appliance made it worse.
So I made it my work to sit on your side of the table. I read the plan language with you, point out what is listed and what sits outside it, and walk you through sending a service request when the moment comes.
A breakdown is easier to face when you already know where you stand.
What I hold to
The Way I Work With Every Homeowner
These are not slogans on a wall. They are the habits I lean on each time someone writes to me about a furnace, a fridge or a leak under the sink.
Clear Before Clever
I skip the jargon. If a term in your plan needs explaining, I explain it in the words you would use at the kitchen table.
The Plan Has the Last Word
I never promise what a plan does not say. My job is to help you read it well, so the outcome of a request is no surprise.
No Pressure, Ever
You get the facts and the space to decide. Choosing a plan, or choosing none at all, stays fully in your hands.
A Broken Water Heater Is Stressful Enough. The Paperwork Should Not Be.
When something gives out, you want to know one thing: can my plan help here? I help you find that answer fast, then point you toward the next step.

Still comparing plans? I help you understand the terms, so you choose with your eyes open.
